SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping & lead times

Every oven ships from our warehouse in Gqeberha to anywhere in South Africa.

Ready to ship: 1–3 working days The Single and The Double. In stock, and dispatched within 1–3 working days of your payment reflecting.

What "dispatch" means

Dispatch is the day your order leaves our warehouse and goes to the courier. It isn't the day it arrives. We count dispatch in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) from the day your payment reflects. The courier's delivery time comes on top of that and depends on your area. All dispatch times are estimates. If anything changes, we'll WhatsApp you.

What delivery costs

R240, anywhere in South Africa One flat rate, whether you're in Sandton or Springbok. No zone pricing and no surprise charges at checkout.

Collection

We don't offer collection, and we can't hand orders to your own courier. Every order goes out with our courier.

Our Cape Town office is finance and admin only. We hold no stock there and nobody collects there.

Payment

All prices are in South African Rand. Checkout is secured by Stitch. Pay by credit or debit card (Visa and Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay or Capitec Pay. You can also choose Stitch Pay Later and pay over time. You'll see the options and terms at checkout.
